Appointment Guidelines

For new patients, please arrive at least 15 to 20 minutes prior to your appointment time for check in. We will have new patient paperwork waiting for you upon your arrival. Please be sure to bring your License and/or ID and your insurance card/s. Due to Covid-19 and it’s unpredictability, we do require masks to be worn in our office for the safety of our patients and our staff. If you do not have a mask upon arrival, one will be given to you to wear during your appointment at check-in.

For returning patients please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment for check in. There may be paperwork upon your arrival needing updating. If your insurance has changed or updated, please call our office at 919-571-3661 and press option 4 for the front desk. If you get voicemail the line is secure and you may leave your insurance information on the voicemail for our staff to record when they are not with patients. We will need the type of insurance, the subscriber/member ID and the group number. (Medicare does not typically have a group number) If you are not comfortable leaving this information we will call you back asap. Please bring your new/updated insurance card/s with you to your appointment so we can update them in our system.

No Show Policy: If you no show/no call to your appointment, it is up to our office to use discretion on whether or not to give grace for first time offenders. If you no show more than once, there will be an automatic $100.00 charge placed on your account balance.

Cancellation Policy: Please call at least 48 hours ahead of your scheduled appointment time to cancel or reschedule. We ask this so our staff can have time to call other patients waiting to be scheduled. If you have an emergency that is understandable, however, if we have more than 2 cancellations in a row, we may ask you to put a $50.00 deposit down on any future appointment made to ensure that our company is protected.
